Muscle Systems Training

CONSULTATION

The consultation is 60 minutes and comprises of a sit down between coach and client. The goal of the consultation is to determine your fundamental objective, goals, values and the nature of the problem(s) you are having. We will find out more about each other and answer any questions you have, and at the end of the consultation determine if this is the right process for you.

ASSESSMENT

After the consultation and if you choose to move forward, then we start with a full body assessment that looks at posture, alignment, range of motion, qualitative motor control response and goal-specific screens. After the 90 minute assessment we will then schedule a Report of Findings to go over your mobility profile and health history appraisal form. Without assessing you're guessing!

REPORT OF FINDINGS

The Report of Findings is a 75 minute process in which we both sit down and we present to you what we do, what are process is and how we view pain and the human body. We go over your mobility profile from the assessment and go over a plan, strategy and program that focuses on your fundamental objective(s) and goals.

MUSCLE SYSTEMS SESSION

We seek to solve your issues through a series of motor control configurations in which we are looking for possible weak low quality muscular responses that may be contributing to your current pain state. These highly individualized sessions are aimed to stabilize areas in your musculature that have low quality motor control responses. As we work through these problem areas we eventually move onto more dynamic endurance based exercises to make sure your system can handle the environment you are in and as it pertains to your fundamental objective.

PERSONAL  TRAINING (optional)

Personal training sessions can take place after we have cleared your muscular system for any low quality areas and movement limitations. This ensures that your body and muscles are better functioning, healthy and have improved range or motion. Without performing the previous mentioned steps, your body will be compensating in different areas and produce less long term desirable results. Reduce pain, discomfort and risk of injury with responsible and effective Muscle Systems Personal Training. 

NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE (additional)

if you have body composition, body fat and health goals and objectives we can add that service into your Muscle Systems Personal Training. By working to decrease any pain and discomfort while improving your nutrition, health and body composition, you will truly achieve long term sustainable results. This nutrition package includes a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition appraisal, 4 Doctors Readiness questionnaire, Primal Pattern Diet Typing appraisal, Skin Fold caliper assessment to determine hormonal imbalances, and many other monthly check-ins and follow-up sessions.

The fitness facility is by appointment only with no public walk-ins, so there is no wait times, lengthy contracts or distractions. This is a safe, friendly and pet friendly environment!
